Starting weight was 155.
Current weight, when I started this blog is 145.8.

Mission: To lose 20 lbs by May by eating healthy and exercising daily.

More current mission: To chart my weight loss while I eat healthy and exercise daily (taking 1 day off a week for rest).

  • Week 1 Sunday, Feb. 21-Sunday, February 28, 2010 : -5 lbs (prior to beginning this blog) Note: I decided to weigh myself every thursday so my week to week changed.
  • Week 2 Thursday, February 25- Thursday, March 4, 2010: + 3lbs on Thursday or +1 lbs when I weighed in on Friday.
  • Sunday, March 7, 2010: I took my measurements so I can start monitoring not only my weight loss but my measurements as well.  Waist 37″, Thighs 22″, Bicep 12″, Bust 38″, Chest 33″, Hips 39 1/2″, Calves 13 1/2″
  • Week 3 Thursday, March 4-Thursday, March 11, 2010: 0 lbs
  • Sunday, March 14,2010: Waist 34 1/2″, Thighs 21″, Biceps 11″, Bust 37″, Chest 33″, Hips 39 1/2″, Calves 13 1/2″ TOTAL LOSS: 7.5 inches
  • Week 4 Thursday, March 11, 2010 – Thursday, March 18,2010: 2.4 lbs
  • Sunday, March 21, 2010: Waist 32 1/2, Thigh 19″, Biceps 11″, Bust 35 1/2 “, Chest 31″, Hips 38″, Calves 13”. TOTAL LOSS: 12 inches
  • Week 5 Thursday, March 18-Thursday, March 25, 2010: 2.2 lbs.
  • Sunday, March 28, 2010: Waist 32″,  Thigh 18″,  Biceps 11″, Bust 35″, Chest 30 1/2″, Hips 36″, Calves 11 1/2″. TOTAL LOSS: 8 inches
  • Week 6 Thursday, March 25 – Thursday, April 1, 2010: 1 lb
  • Sunday, April 4, 2010: Waist 31″, Thigh 17″, Biceps 10″, Bust 35″, Chest 31 1/2″, Hips 36″, Calves 13″.  TOTAL LOSS: 5 inches
  • Week 7 Thursday, April 1, 2010-Thursday, April 8, 2010: gained 2 lbs.
  • Sunday, April 11, 2010: Waist 31″, Thigh 18″, Biceps 11″, Bust 34 1/2″, Chest 31″, Hips 36″ ,Calves 12 1/2″. TOTAL LOSS: 3 1/2 inches
  • Week 8 Thursday, April 8, 2010-Thursday, April 15, 2010: lost 4 lbs.
  • Sunday, April 18, 2010: waist 30 1/2″, Thigh 18 1/2″,  Biceps 11 1/2″, Bust 34 1/2″, Chest 30 1/2″, Hips 36″, Calves 13″. TOTAL LOSS: 1 inch  TOTAL FOR 8 WEEKS:  33.5 inches STARTED P90X
  • Week 9 Thursday, April 15, 2010-Thursday, April 22, 2010: lost .8 lbs
  • Sunday, April 25, 2010: waist 30″, Thigh 17″, Bicep 11″, Bust 34″, Chest 30″, Hips 35 1/2″,  Calves 12″.  TOTAL LOSS: 8 inches TOTAL FOR 9 WEEKS: 41.5 inches
